The Balboa Bay Resort will be a stunning backdrop to our transformational live event. This venue also hosts a spa, dry bar (for the ladies!) & water views to see the beautiful sunsets of Newport Beach.

How To Prepare
HOTSEATS:
At all our live events you will have the opportunity to bring a new idea, strategy or problem area in your business and receive feedback & coaching from the Experts Inner Circle group.
We will have applications for hotseats prior to the event. We will post in our FB group letting you know when applications are open.
FOOD & DRINK:
All food & drink is catered, throughout the entire event.
There will be a light breakfast spread when you arrive each morning at 8:30am. Morning Tea & Lunch will also be catered at the venue.
On Thursday night we will be hosting a dinner together at a different location. Details TBD.

FURTHER INFORMATION
AIRPORTS:
For domestic flights, John Wayne is the local Orange County airport, and the closest airport to the hotel (approximately a 15min drive).
For international flights, you will need to fly into Los Angeles International airport & drive to Newport Beach (approximately 1 - 1.5hr drive depending on the traffic).
ACCOMODATION:
There are many great hotels in the Newport Beach area. You can find out more HERE.
Airbnb is also another great option.
PARKING: Parking at the hotel is valet only ($20 daily). There is limited street parking (as you will be parking along the highway), so please plan accordingly.
BABYSITTING: for babysitting services in the Newport Beach area, Mollycoddlers is a great service.
WEATHER: March is the end of winter in California. Averages say that tempretures range from (69° / 49°), so that you are prepared.
CLOTHES: Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We have no specific dress standards & want everyone to feel as comfortable & welcome as possible.
