What if I can’t make some of the calls?
You’ll receive a recording of the training inside your members area. You can watch it throughout the week to catch up if you miss anything.
How long is each session?
60 minutes is the formal training requirement, but the calls could go up to 90 minutes including questions and answers
How long will I get access to the training?
You’ll have 12 months of access to the advanced leadership coach training. You can watch the training as many times as you wish during that period.
Will there be activities to complete?
Each week will have specifc activities and actions to complete. Although they are not mandatory we would encourage you to try them to ensure the greatest results from the programme.
Is there a discount for multiple leaders in my company joining?
Yes, there is multi-buy discounts if you wish to have a few or all of your leadership team on the training
What will the conversion rate of USD to AUD/NZ dollars be?
The course is prices in USD and the conversion rate will fluctuate depending on the day. Stripe.com (one of the worlds biggest processing companies) sets the conversion based on the currency rate of the specific day.
Will I be able to ask Colin questions?
Yes, each call will have time to ask any questions you have about your situation. The calls will be a group training environment.
How practical will the training be?
The training will have practical implementation in between each weeks training that is suggested for successful results in the programme.

This Academy is specifically focused at being a leadership ‘coach’. You will learn unique and advanced skills to add to your current leadership skill set. Most leaders have had very little, if any leadership training. You'll discover more advanced methods for applying 'coaching methodology' in your leadership. So it will add to your years of experience.
Can new and emerging leaders join?
Absolutely. This program will be excellent for emerging leaders as it will give you foundational thinking and skills for being successful in leadership.
Will there be a workbook? And will I have to do practical work?
Yes, and yes. Prior to the classes commencing you'll be given access to your workbook. Each week will have various specific actions to implement based on the content. Please note, the content flow may vary slightly from the outline above due to the groups needs. However the outcome will stay the same, to make you an effective coach.
Is there a refund policy on the program?
