3. The Personal Information We Collect and Use

a. Information You Provide to Us

The Company may collect and use personal information that you provide when you voluntarily sign up for e-mails or free digital resources on the Website, register for a webinar, provide comments or other feedback, book meetings, fill out any type of form, respond to surveys, run queries on our search feature, provide information when ordering a product or service or otherwise communicate with us via an online form or e-mail. The information collected may include your name, e-mail, address, phone number, social media information,  billing information, and any other information you choose to submit.

b. Information Collected Through Automatic Data Collection Technology

The Company may automatically collect personal information about you, such as domain information, your numerical IP address, the type of browser and computer you use, your operating system, which pages you view, and the files you request through the use of automatic data collection technologies such as cookies, pixels, server logs, and analytics software to collect certain information about your equipment, to analyze Website and advertisement performance, track user patterns, save information from your previous visits and customize your experience. To the extent that you voluntarily provide personal information to us, our systems will associate the automatically collected information with your personal information. 

i. Use of Cookies

 Like other commercial websites, the Website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about your use of our site. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the browser you use, the type of computer you use and technical information about your means of connection to the Website such as the operating systems and the Internet service providers utilized, the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, the websites visited just before and after our own, and your IP address.

ii. Use of Pixels

We may use Meta (formerly Facebook) tracking pixels on the Website to help us better understand how visitors engage with our content and to serve advertisements to you. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information, or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. We do not control these third-party tracking technologies or how they may be used. You should contact the responsible provider directly if you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content.

c. Information Collected from Other Sources

We also obtain name, email, phone number, address from other sources, such as calendly, kit, kajabi, clickfunnels, tally forms, simpletexting, google forms, zoom, and slack.

d. How we use your personal information

The Company collects your personal information in order to communicate with you, provide you with information, fulfill orders, deliver services and products, provide you with information about your subscriptions and products, complete customer transactions, improve Website performance and customer service, administer its business activities, and provide you with offers, promotions, and other information.

From time to time, we may use the information you provide to make you offers to purchase products and services provided by third parties in exchange for a commission to be paid to us by such third parties. If you opt to participate in such promotions, the third parties will receive your information.

The Company may also use the information you provide to display advertisements to you which are tailored to your personal characteristics, interests, and activities.

f. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept

We will hold your personal information until you let us know you would like for us to delete it, we decide that the cost of retaining it outweighs the value in retaining the data, or you unsubscribe from our marketing contacts, which you are free to do at any time. We reserve the right to maintain certain personal information even if you unsubscribe in an internal “do not contact” list in order to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

The Company collects your personal information to provide our products and services to you, send e-mails, fulfill orders, complete customer transactions, keep you informed about both the products and services you have selected to receive and any related products and/or services, and improve Website performance and customer service.

The Website is operated in the United States and third parties with whom we might share your personal information as explained above are located in the United States and Australia.

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide will be transferred to the United States. By using the Website, participating in any of our services and/or providing your information, you consent to this transfer.

If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests to know or delete. You can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. However, we will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and verify your identity directly.

If you make a request to exercise any of the applicable data access rights and we are unable to comply with your request, or if you disagree with or dispute our decision, you may request to appeal our decision.
