3. The Personal Information We Collect and Use
a. Information You Provide to Us
The Company may collect and use personal information that you provide when you voluntarily sign up for e-mails or free digital resources on the Website, register for a webinar, provide comments or other feedback, book meetings, fill out any type of form, respond to surveys, run queries on our search feature, provide information when ordering a product or service or otherwise communicate with us via an online form or e-mail. The information collected may include your name, e-mail, address, phone number, social media information, billing information, and any other information you choose to submit.
b. Information Collected Through Automatic Data Collection Technology
The Company may automatically collect personal information about you, such as domain information, your numerical IP address, the type of browser and computer you use, your operating system, which pages you view, and the files you request through the use of automatic data collection technologies such as cookies, pixels, server logs, and analytics software to collect certain information about your equipment, to analyze Website and advertisement performance, track user patterns, save information from your previous visits and customize your experience. To the extent that you voluntarily provide personal information to us, our systems will associate the automatically collected information with your personal information.Â
i. Use of Cookies
Like other commercial websites, the Website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about your use of our site. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the browser you use, the type of computer you use and technical information about your means of connection to the Website such as the operating systems and the Internet service providers utilized, the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, the websites visited just before and after our own, and your IP address.
A cookie is a very small text document, often including an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.
If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, only a generic cookie will be placed on your device while the Website is accessed.
ii. Use of Pixels
The Company also uses technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. These pixels allow social media sites to track visitors to outside websites to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website.
We may use Meta (formerly Facebook) tracking pixels on the Website to help us better understand how visitors engage with our content and to serve advertisements to you. These tracking pixels allow Meta to collect or receive information from the Website and other internet activities to provide measurement services and targeted advertising.
This data may include:
- Information about your interactions on the Website
- Your IP address, browser type, and browsing behavior
- Other demographic and interest-based information
We use the information collected by the Meta tracking pixels to:
- Improve Website performance and user experience
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertisements
- Deliver more relevant advertisements to you across Meta's platforms
You can manage your preferences or opt-out of data collection by visiting Meta’s Ad Preferences page or adjusting your browser settings to block tracking technologies.
iii.Third Party Use of Cookies
Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Website are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. When you use the Website, these third parties may use cookies alone or with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information, or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third-party tracking technologies or how they may be used. You should contact the responsible provider directly if you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content.
c. Information Collected from Other Sources
We also obtain name, email, phone number, address from other sources, such as calendly, kit, kajabi, clickfunnels, tally forms, simpletexting, google forms, zoom, and slack.

We may allow third-party service providers to use tracking technology on the Site, which will enable them to collect information about how you use the Site over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your online activity.

f. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept

We may use your information to help us better understand your interests and needs, such as by engaging in analysis and research regarding use of the Site and our products and services. We may monitor and analyze usage and trends to compile statistical information which we may use internally or provide to third parties.
Finally, we use your information as required by law, for compliance purposes, to perform security and fraud prevention functions for the Site, or as we deem necessary to investigate or remedy any actual or potential violation of our policies or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Company or others as we deem appropriate.
