Below is all the information you'll need for the event! Make sure to book your flights and accommodation ASAP if you haven't yet. Details below.

AIRPORTS: 

For domestic flights, John Wayne is the local Orange County airport, and the closest airport to the hotel (approximately a 15min drive). 

For international flights, you will need to fly into Los Angeles International airport & drive to Newport Beach (approximately 1 - 1.5hr drive depending on the traffic). 

ACCOMODATION:  

There are many great hotels in the Huntington Beach area. You can find out more options from Trip Advisor HERE. 

Airbnb is also another great option. 

PARKING: Overnight guest valet parking is available at the Hyatt for $49 overnight and daily parking for $29. 

Self parking is available across the street at Huntington Beach City Parking for $20 /per 12 hours. Please allow for extra time if you will be street parking and walking to the Hyatt. 

WEATHER: April is beautiful in California. Averages say that temperatures range from 69° / 54°, (21 - 12 Celcius) with the potential to be warmer during the afternoons. 

CLOTHES: Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We have no specific dress standards & want everyone to feel as comfortable & welcome as possible.
