Customer Service & Administration Assistant [Full Time]
We are a personal brand and digital marketing business looking to hire a full-time (40 hours weekly) administration & customer service assistant to join our growing team.
If you are a highly organized & resourceful individual, who is great with people; & you want to work in a fast-paced, high-producing environment, where you can grow and make a difference, please read on! Your responsibilities would include email management, customer service inquires, client assistance, calendar management, website administration, organization & digital filing.
We are looking for someone with strong computer skills, good writing & communication skills, and who is great with people.
We are looking for someone in Orange County to join our growth-oriented, team environment. You will have flexibility in working from home.
Once restrictions change, we also regularly gather together for in-person team meetings.
