1. Because this program is called Elite, do I have to be at a certain level in my business to join?
   
   No, this program does not have a requirement level.  My intention for calling it Elite was more about having people commit to their full potential. My only requirement is that you are willing to take action even when it's messy, giving things a go, and being committed to making your message bigger than your fears.  
2. Should I join even if I don't have my signature talk or offer yet?
